ALCOHOL: 45,5
ORIGIN: Distillerie La Favorite - Martinique
TERROIR: the plane of Lamentin. The fields of sugarcane surround the distillery, and so ensure the freshnessof the harvest.
PURITY OF THE WATER: the water comes from the BelAir Well.
COLOUR: a beautiful topaz colour with warm goldtones.
NOSE: it has aromas of «Campèche» honey withinimitable creole overtones.
PALATE: the fresh notes of ginger, vanilla, spices andflowers. We discover the notes of damp and warmtropical undergrowth: musc and amber mixed withvoluptuous notes of tuberose and citrus fruit. Anexceptional rum!
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS: this fine rum is bestappreciated straight but can also be served as a «punchvieux», as an aperitif as well as with festive chocolate orwalnut desserts. Cigar aficionados will appreciate it witha Havana or a cigar from Ecuador.
